QT-Ez 8MY
The QT-Ez 8MY Multi-Tasking CNC Turning Center provides rotary tooling (M) with a 12-position bolt-on drum turret and Y-axis off-centerline machining (Y) for Multi-Tasking processing in a single setup. An eight-inch chuck and integral motor spindle accommodate a wide range of materials in a variety of industries. MAZATROL SmoothEz CNC includes EIA/ISO and MAZATROL conversational programming capability.
VC-Ez 16 with Friction Stir Welding
The VC-Ez 16 Vertical Machining Center combines a rugged spindle and space-saving design with a full range of spindle, auto tool changer and chip/coolant management options to meet the needs of standard production. The new MAZATROL SmoothEz5 CNC adds fifth-axis functionality to the convenient ergonomics of the Ez Series control.

HQR 200/3 NEO
As the first turning machine platform in our next generation NEO Series, the HQR 200/3 NEO sports two spindles and three turrets – two upper and one lower – for unequaled DONE IN ONE® part processing opportunities and high-volume throughput in single setups. Equipped with the new Mazak MAZATROL SmoothG³ control, the machine includes our Ai Thermal Shield function that ensures stable machining accuracy through machine-learning-enhanced heat displacement compensation.
SYNCREX 12/8
The latest Kentucky-designed and built SYNCREX 12/8 eight-axis Swiss-Type Production Turning Machine handles a maximum turning diameter of 0.4724" and uses a collet plus single-motor ball spline drive. The SYNCREX 12/8 uses the MAZATROL SmoothSt CNC with 15" touch panel. The control uses Mazak’s Swiss Setup Assist (MSSA) for fast and easy job setups and Mazak Turning Chip Control (MTCC) functionality. MAZATROL SmoothSt CNC also allows for synchronous control, rigid tapping with all spindles, and cross-and-front simultaneous machining.
SYNCREX 20/7
The Mazak SYNCREX 20/7 Swiss-Type Production Turning Machine powers through high-speed production of small, precise parts from up to 0.75" bar stock with a seven-axis configuration that includes five spindle motors. The machine is controlled by the 15" touch-panel MAZATROL SmoothSt CNC with full mechanical keyboard and anchored by its High Damping Composite Casting (HDCC) base for better rigidity, less thermal distortion, longer tool life and better surface finishes.

INTEGREX i-100H ST with Gantry Loader
The INTEGREX i-100H ST Multi-Tasking Center combines the capabilities of a high-powered turning center with those of a full-function machining center to boost productivity. The INTEGREX i-100H ST gives shops the ability to simultaneously machine with two tools using a 6,000 rpm second turning spindle (S) for DONE IN ONE®️ machining and a lower turret (T) with optional rotary tool capability. MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC gives the INTEGREX i-100H ST standard capability for specialized operations like crank shaft inclined drilling or gear skiving.
INTEGREX i-450H ST AG
For maximum versatility and throughput for medium to large complex parts, the INTEGREX i-450H ST AG Multi-Tasking machine features a second turning spindle (S) for DONE IN ONE® machining; a lower turret (T) to minimize fixtures, tools and noncut time; and the HYBRID AUTO GEAR (AG) package with a full range of SMOOTH TECHNOLOGY for DONE IN ONE® gear production. The machine accommodates parts up to 26.378” in diameter with full five-axis capability for processing prismatic parts from solid blocks or castings (chucked or bar fed work), round parts or sculptured parts such as aerospace components.
INTEGREX i-500
The INTEGREX i-500 Multi-Tasking machine combines the capabilities of a high-powered turning center with those of a full-function machining center for versatile single-setup part production. A second turning spindle (S) allows DONE IN ONE® machining that minimizes fixtures, tools and non-cut time. With MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC, the INTEGREX i-500 can perform standard specialized operations such as crank shaft inclined drilling or gear skiving.
QTE-100MSY with Gantry Loader
Mazak’s QTE-100MSY CNC Turning Center provides exceptional value and performance in a small footprint for shops of all sizes. With a standard six-inch through-hole chuck and a second spindle equipped with a five-inch chuck, the QTE-100MSY can process a wide variety of parts. For additional Multi-Tasking performance, the machine features +/- 2.0” Y-axis off-center milling. MAZATROL SmoothEz CNC includes EIA/ISO and MAZATROL conversational programming capability.

VARIAXIS i-700 NEO
The next generation VARIAXIS i-700 NEO Vertical Machining Center provides advanced multi-surface, five-axis machining for parts with complex profiled surfaces. The machine handles parts up to 33.46” in diameter and 19.69” high. A 40-taper spindle with compact nose design increases Z-axis stroke while a rotary/tilt table with roller gear cam technology eliminates backlash.

The Ez LOADER is a stand-alone, plug-and-play cobot that uses a pallet, a programmable logic controller and all necessary equipment for machine integration. The Ez LOADER is highly portable, sets up in as little as 15 minutes and does not require fencing.
